Transportation Donation Requested
We are interested to know if you have a vehicle donation program. Currently, we need transportation that would serve multiple purposes (for example: picking up donations, transporting program participants, etc.). If you should have any vehicles that could serve our needs, a donation would be greatly appreciated (all donations are considered tax deductible). Please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions, or would like to schedule a meeting. I have attached a letter of support to this email.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Nina Craddolph, Founder and CEO

To Whom It May Concern,
I am serving as the Interim Pastor of Hope Lutheran Church in the Driving Park neighborhood of Columbus. This letter is in support of the work being done by the Welcome Home Foundation. For approximately seven years, they have collaborated with Hope to hold a monthly food distribution for the neighborhood.
The Welcome Home Foundation (non-profit org.) is lead by Ms Nina Craddolph. She is a faithful and persistent leader who has a strong commitment to the poor and those in need of food and clothing.
One of the great challenges of this kind of work with the poor and movement of food from places like the Community Food Bank is the simple fact that they are always in need of an appropriate vehicle to transport goods in a timely manner.
As part of Hope's support for this ongoing food ministry I would like to make this ask. Are you able to donate a cargo van or a box truck to the Welcome Home Foundation. They are able to carry the expense of insurance for the vehicle but they are in no way able to come up with the funds to purchase one.
This is a big ask, I know. I also know that when we collaborate to help feed those in need, we are thus able to bring much needed assistance to our neighbors and the households they represent.
Thank you for your consideration,
F. Allan Debelak, Interim Pastor Hope Lutheran Church.
